Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop e-mail management solution, which will grant you complete authority over your email accounts and email campaigns. With this easy-to-handle graphical user interface, you can create a new e-mail box in no time and manage its settings effortlessly. Furthermore, you can forward e-mail messages from one mailbox account to another, activate mail filters, set up autoresponder messages and guard your e-mail boxes against spam mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can defend all your email box accounts against unsolicited bulk electronic mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unasked-for e-mail messages will find their way into your email mailbox. Your emails will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an email message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or redirected to a certain mailbox.
Email Filters
Email filters are excellent for filtering your incoming mail messages on the basis of specific rules set by you. Setting up email filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will go into effect instantaneously. You can easily create a mail filter for any of your email accounts and change the email filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming e-mails from one e-mail account to another, or even to a number of other mailboxes. Simply specify the mail account you want to forward email messages from, then specify the destination email mailbox and select if you wish to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can quickly configure the mail client of your choosing to access your mailboxes. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the mail account you want to set up on your desktop computer or mobile phone and click on the electronic mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new e-mail box will be set up in a minute.
More Features
With the Email Manager interface, working with multiple e-mail box accounts at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager will also allow you to easily create an autoresponder message - enter the message you would like people to see and our system will handle everything else. And if you want to set up a catch-all e-mail box - you can do that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
